About Engineering Support

Founded on hands-on experience, built on results.

Bartosz Milewski, Lead Engineer

Bartosz Milewski, Lead Engineer

Engineering Support was established to give manufacturing and industrial businesses access to a reliable, multi-skilled engineer without the overhead of a large contractor. When you call, you speak directly to the person who will be on site doing the work.

Bartosz brings over a decade of experience gained in demanding industrial environments — from recycling plants running 24/7 shift patterns to carbon manufacturing facilities with specialist forge, press, and milling equipment. That range of exposure means faster diagnosis, fewer return visits, and practical solutions that work in the real world.

The approach is straightforward: understand the problem, agree the scope, do the work properly, and leave the site in better condition than we found it. No sales teams, no subcontracting to unknown third parties, no surprises on the invoice.
